Peak Performance History

Peak Performance Hockey was formed in 2002 by Kevin Lizotte, Head Coach of St. Bernard's High School. and Eric Short, Head Coach Lunenburg High School. The goal of Peak Performance is to develope the area's high school aged players and prepare them for the rigors of high school, prep school, junior, and college hockey. After three successful years of developing high school players, Peak Performance has expanded to include all ages from learn to skate through college. During the fall of 2004, Peak Performance combined with Dean Fuller's Falcon Hockey School under the name Peak Performance Hockey. Peak Performance will build upon the Falcon Hockey School's 20 years of experience while adding expertise from the regions top high school, prep school, junior and college coaches.

Philosophy

Peak Performance Hockey will develope hockey players by focusing on skill development, skating technique, condition, and game situations.
